Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through info@sabunyapimi.com. We want you to receive the products you ordered in good condition and to understand your options if you wish to return an item.

The seller is Star Kimya Ve Gıda San. Paz. Ltd. Şti., operating info@sabunyapimi.com. This policy applies to consumer purchases and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. You may also notify us that you wish to withdraw at any time before the product is delivered.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to info@sabunyapimi.com within the 14-day period. Please include your name, order number, the product you wish to return and a contact email address. You do not need to use a particular form or explain your reason.

For orders containing products delivered separately, the withdrawal period is calculated in accordance with the applicable rules for the delivery of those products.

2. How to Return a Product

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, please return the product within 14 days of your notice. Contact us before shipping so that we can provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Please pack the product securely and include your order number or a copy of your invoice. Where possible, include its original packaging, accessories and any items supplied with it. Keep your shipping receipt or tracking number until the return is complete.

You may inspect a product to establish its nature and characteristics. You may be responsible for a reduction in its value if you handle it beyond what is necessary for that purpose, as provided by applicable law.

If you use the return carrier identified in the information provided before purchase, you will not be charged the return shipping cost for an eligible withdrawal. If no return carrier was identified, you will not be charged for using a carrier to return the product. Please contact us for shipping instructions so the return can be handled correctly.

3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies. Depending on the product, this may include:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

• Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Products whose protective seal or packaging has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

For example, an opened soap, personal care product or ingredient may fall within the hygiene exception where its return would be unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons. A product is not excluded solely because it was discounted or because it belongs to a particular product category. An unopened product remains eligible for withdrawal unless another applicable legal exception applies.

These exceptions do not remove your rights if a product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered.

4. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, contains a missing item or is different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@sabunyapimi.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging are helpful when available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, completion of a missing delivery or a refund. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Reporting an issue promptly helps us resolve it faster. A missing courier damage report or failure to contact us within a particular number of days does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

For an eligible withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned product, including the applicable original delivery charge, within the period required by law. For a product returned using the carrier identified before purchase, the statutory refund period begins when you hand the product to that carrier. If you use another carrier, it begins when the product reaches us. For an order cancelled before delivery, it begins when we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will issue the refund using a method appropriate to the payment method used for the original purchase, without imposing a refund fee on you. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If you return only part of an order, any adjustment to the delivery charge will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law. We will tell you if the amount refunded differs from the price paid for the returned item.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, size or variant, contact us at info@sabunyapimi.com. We will let you know whether an exchange is available and explain the next steps. Exchange requests remain subject to product availability and your statutory rights.

If an exchange cannot be arranged, you may request a return or another remedy where you are entitled to one.

7. Orders Shipped Outside Türkiye

If international delivery is offered for your order, contact us before returning a product so we can provide appropriate shipping instructions. Customs procedures and any mandatory rights that apply in the destination country may affect the return process. We will not apply this policy in a way that restricts mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
